this smartphone it comes in two colors cayenne grey and force black i don't know why it's named
false black because when light hits it it turns blue it actually looks nice back to the box it
comes to a customer service card an mtn card to redeem 1.5 gigabytes of mobile data it comes with
stickers a sim ejector tool a one x gold node an expat pamphlet a care plus notes that says the
infinix note 12 series comes with 100 days broken screen protection for free what that means is if
you happen to crack the display of this smartphone within the first 100 days of activation infinix or
calca will repair it for free and at the moment no other smartphone manufacturer is offering this so
well done fnx there's also a clear tpu case in the box a glass screen protector earphones usb type-c
cable and a 120 watts hyper charger now to get that super fast charging speed with the infinix
note 12 vip you will need to turn on furious mode and when i did yes the result i got zero
to 100 took 21 minutes that's four minutes above what infinix claimed but that's still impressive
the smartphone i use at the moment takes 1 hour 40 minutes to charge from zero to 100
so for the infinix note 12 vip to charge in 21 minutes is i don't know what to say i'm
just speechless wow charging isn't just fast on this smartphone it is also safe the infinix note
12 vip has 103 charging and battery safety features that monitors the entire smartphone
the charger and the circuit so nothing explosive would happen it also comes with 18 thermal sensors
monitoring the temperature of the smartphone in real time so this smartphone doesn't get too hot
from charging and no fast charging doesn't have an effect on the battery's health you would have to
charge your smartphone 800 times that's two years two months and ten days before the battery health
reduces from hundred percent now for the build quality the infinix note 12 pro has a bread that
is made from aerospace grade glass fiber you might think that it's made from glass but it
isn't it is glass fiber reinforced plastic so if you happen to scratch this smartphone it's going
to leave a mark the front is also made from glass and it's not corning gorilla glass so the glass
screen protector that it comes with will come in handy in protecting the screen as for the frame
it's made from plastic now holding this smartphone with one hand is easy because of how light it is
it also has boxy edges with rounded corners it's definitely a phone that you can carry and use and
not get exhausted now for the ip rating it doesn't have one but since the smartphone was launched on
a yacht in nigeria i think it can withstand being dropped inside water but when i tested it out the
smartphone did not survive i mean the screen is not working right now sometimes it works sometimes
it doesn't but oh my goodness the screen just came on right now oops it's gone off again so guys
please do not try this at home now for the external features taking a look around this
smartphone on the right side is where the dual sim and memory card slot is located at the top it
has a microphone and a speaker outlet by the way this smartphone has dual stereo speakers the other
speaker is located at the bottom for a mid-range smartphone the sound coming out from the speakers
are okay the infinix note 12 vip still retains the 3.5 mm audio jack it has another microphone a
usb type-c port and the speaker on the right side is where the volume and power buttons are located
the power button is also the fingerprint scanner and as you can see it unlocks instantly now one
thing i would like to talk about is the haptics vibration on this device it's really good it has
a dual x-axis linear moto tactical system that makes interacting with this smartphone
very enjoyable my favorite use case scenario is when i type the strong vibration actually helps
to reduce the errors i make the haptics vibration on this smartphone is really strong and it's also
an option to increase or decrease the vibration feedback in the settings now moving to the right
it has three cameras a 108 megapixel main camera a 30 megapixel ultra wide camera and a 2 megapixel
depth camera it also has a flash led light and a laser detection auto focus sensor switching to the
front it has a 16 megapixel selfie camera and a flash led light to help with nighttime photography
now let's talk about the display the infinix note 12 vip comes with a 6.7 inch amoled display it's
a full hd plus display which means it's a 1080p display it has a refresh rate of 120 heads and
a touch sampling rate of 360 heads making it a very fast and responsive display for the display
brightness it's actually all right the peak brightness is at 700 nits and what that means
is you can actually use the display outdoors on that direct sunlight without squinting your eyes
now how is it like using this smartphone to watch content well it's very good it's an ammonia
display which means colors are very vibrant it's also a 1080p display which means the details are
sharp for consuming content the display is just as good as any other major smartphone out there but
it isn't an hdr panel which means you're not going to get deep blacks now how fast is the infinix
note 12 vip well it comes with a mediatek helio g96 processor it's a 12 nanometer processor with
eight cars with this processor you get 120 hertz refresh rates 108 megapixel camera system you
get sustained performance with smoother gameplay navigating the user interface with this smartphone
is fluid and switching between apps is instant the processor on this smartphone handles day-to-day
attacks very well and looking at the antutu and geekbench score the infinix note 12 vip has pretty
good numbers but when it comes to gaming well the infinix note 12 vip comes with the mali g57 gpu
and when i played pubg on it it played the game at hd graphics and medium frame rate the gameplay was
smooth and you can win chicken dinners with this smartphone if you're good enough but looking at
the price of this smartphone i expected better graphics settings now moving on to call of duty
it played the game at medium graphics and high frame rates the gameplay was also smooth for
games and impact the smartphone ran the game at the lowest graphics sentence by default
the gameplay was also all right now after playing games on this smartphone it didn't get hot or
throttled the infinix note 12 vip can't play games but it's not a smartphone i'll pick for the gamers
out there i would actually recommend the infinix zero 5g with the mediatek dimensi 900 chipset that
smartphone is fast for multitasking the infinix note 12 vip comes standard with 8 gigabytes of
ram and true memory fusion you can expand the ram to 13 gigabyte of ram as i said earlier switching
between apps and opening apps is fast on the smartphone for the android operating system
this smartphone is running android 12 which is the latest os and for the custom rom it's running xos
version 10.6.0 it does come with some bloatwares i counted 23 of them and if they bother you you
can always uninstall or disable them another thing you would need to disable in my opinion
is zero screen because of the sensational news that you get to see like this one now to disable
zero screen press and hold an empty area of the home screen press menu at the bottom select other
settings and disable zero screen now moving to the cameras the front camera of the infinix note
12 vip is a 16 megapixel shooter and sometimes it takes good pictures other times it takes not so
good pictures one thing i noticed is you would have to be steady with this smartphone when taking
pictures if not the pictures will look a bit out of focus in good lighting conditions it takes
very good pictures as you can see here the skin tone is all right but the camera isn't consistent
portrait shots are decent with this smartphone taking pictures at night using the led flashlight
is actually good what's up guys so right now i'm testing out the front-facing camera of
the infinix note 12 vip it can shoot in 2k 30 frames per second that's the highest resolution
no 4k and uh yeah so what do you guys think about the video on audio quality coming out from the

below um i think it's handling dynamic range okay i mean we can't see the cloud but then again we

those of you that want a smartphone with video stabilization the infinix note 12 vip has that
feature for the front-facing camera the downside is it can only shoot in 1080p in this mode so
let's test out the video stabilization using the front-facing camera let's pick up the pace

moving to the rear cameras the infinix note 12 vip has a 108 megapixel main camera
a 30 megapixel ultra wide camera and a 2 megapixel depth camera the main camera is my favorite camera
on this smartphone it takes very good pictures sometimes it too can be inconsistent but overall
it takes very good pictures portrait shots are good night photos are decent as well
when it comes to capturing the sky i love how it increases the saturation and makes
it pop the 30 megapixel ultra wide camera well it's average and when you compare the
picture it captures with the main camera the colors don't match all right guys so right now
i'm testing out the red camera of the infinix note 12 vip it can shoot in 2k 30 frames per
second and in this mode it doesn't have video stabilization but what do you guys think about
the quality coming out from the rear camera of the smartphone the cloud looks very nice

okay i have ultra steady mode on and let's see how well it stabilizes the footage
i'm jogging
for the ultrawide camera you can only shoot in 1080p 30 frames per second and there is no
video stabilization it doesn't look as contrasty and vibrant as the main camera
now the battery inside the infinix note 12 vip is a 4 500 milliamp battery and because
this smartphone is well optimized and it has an almond display the battery lasts longer
than i expected to be honest i don't really think about the battery level anymore because
it only takes 21 minutes to charge up this smartphone from zero to one hundred percent
hypercharge is truly a game changer and it's what makes the infinix note 12 vip a special smartphone
imagine if the iphone had this feature i'm sure we will not hear the end of it so what do i think
about the infinix note 12 vip well for the pros i love the boxy design i love how lightweight
and easy it is to hold and use the 1080p amoled display is great the display size at 6.7 inches is
perfect for my hand these stereo speakers are good the hyper charge is incredibly fast and the 108
megapixel main camera takes very good pictures for the cons well i feel the price of this smartphone
is a bit on the high side considering the processor that it comes with i wish it came with
a much faster processor like the mediatek city 900 chipset that's the processor in the infinix zero
5g it would have been awesome the front camera is all right but it isn't consistent and the
videos this smartphone produces are average so guys that's my review of the infinix note 12 vip
